Mixtape: Prins Thomas – RA Podcast .074

And another:

No one does kaleidoscopic, good-times house and disco like Prins Thomas. Over the past five years, the Norwegian DJ/producer has emerged from the shadow of his friend and countryman Lindstrom to become one of the world’s favourite party-starters, and this mix for RA, recorded at The Social in Toronto, illustrates why: chopping up bona [...]

Alden Tyrell bringing the new age Italo

Alden Tyrell is a hero. FACT. If there was to be a 1980s styled tv show about my life, i’d pick anyone of these tracks as the backing to the title sequence… They transform electronic music back in time to the swirling sounds of Italo perfectly. Oh and why the picture of Rab C Nesbitt? [...]

Alexander Robotnik – A Coffee Shop in Rotterdam (M.A.N.D.Y. Terrace Mix)

As you can see, i’m going mad with Italo classics, old and new, and this 8 minute stormer brought to us by the legend, Robotnik, has been remixed by M.A.N.D.Y. to great effect. Typical in their sound, they’ve stripped the original back and laced it with harmonic beats.
