Released last night, masked rapper/producer ISSUE (@IHEARDISSUE) finally unveils his free mixtape Liquid Wisdom. The album features a wide variety of spacey dark beats with his slurred raps about his fondness for tea, of which he claims to help find his wisdom – Liquid Wisdom.
