While waiting around/loitering in Rough Trade (Brick Lane) I overheard some of the new Instra: Mental album. Instantly excited I went home and investigated it in it’s entirety. I might be a little late to the jump, as it came out over a month ago, but If you don’t already know this/have this/own this/love it-DO! Reviews are buzzing. Old School electro rhythms, futuristic techno patterns, and touch of ‘aggro acid’ is what is said to be the recipe for this refreshing release by duo Alex Green (AKA Boddika) and Damon Kirkham.
