Exit Records 10th Birthday – Bad Company, Dbridge, Calibre, Marcus Intalex at Fire
Check the flyer above. Can you read the list of names without breaking a sweat? No, I can’t either.
Jesus, to celebrate 10 years of Exit Records, DBridge has decided to go all out and bring together one hell of a lineup to Fire in Vauxhall on Friday 12th April. Bringing together all of the original members of Bad Company!
Not one to forget his roots he’s bringing back his former Bad Company family members – Maldini, Fresh and Vegas for a one-off set that will roll back the years to re-live their classic material from yesteryear such as ‘The Nine’ and ‘Son Of Nitrous’. This is one reunion that is not to be missed.
There will also be a host of themed sets covering some of the labels major influences. Digital Soundboy’s Breakage will dust off some old wax for a one-off classics set to fit in with the celebratory birthday theme whilst Doc Scott will be giving a lesson in foundation D&B sounds with a special set dedicated to the legendary Blue Note club.
West country boys Krust and Die will be playing with each other in a strictly Bristol only Dubplate set and Fierce & Ryme Tyme will be partaking a special No U Turn set and Fabio will be chiming in with a special Speed set.
Also joining in on the birthday celebrations will be the ever-reliable Calibre, Soul:r’s Marcus Intalex and Commercial Suicide head honcho Klute whilst Jubei and
Hosts on the night will be Exit Records favourite SP:MC, DRS and Strat
Tickets are currently £12 + booking fee from Resident Advisor. I’d get one now if I was you.
