Amadou Isaacs / Xan aka Faktion aka Teyshan, is a Vancouver based sound guerrilla who draws his inspiration from cyberpunk nihilism spliced with epic themes steeped in mysticism. Inspired by the likes of Kosheen, Future Engineers, Orbital and The Prodigy, Amadou began producing & DJ’ing break beat electronica and Drum & Bass at the start of the century with cohorts Michael Kent and Simon Williams of Deepspace Lab.
