Turbo Recordings to Reissue Tiga’s ‘Sunglasses at Night’

News reaches us via Tiga’s podcast that the great man intends to reissue his electroclash anthem ‘Sunglasses at Night’ through his Turbo imprint featuring remixes by, amongst others, Alter Ego.

Originally released during the heyday of electroclash in the early-2000’s (noughties?) on the sadly now-defunct City Rockers, the track fuses the vocal from Corey Hart’s soft-rock classic ‘Sunglasses at Night’ over a bubbling synth-line and slick electro beat.

City Rockers also released a highly-limited (and criminally overlooked) 12″ on which Tom Middleton fused Tiga’s version with Blue Monday under the highly original title… Blue Sunglasses.

Expect this to be hitting a dancefloor near you very, very soon.
