Everyone knows The Whip from their releases/remixes on Kitsune and their debut album is about to drop on Southern Fried Records, 24th March – get READY.

The Guardian says: “The Whip are one of those cake-and-eat-it computer pop groups, caught between the sleek futurism of Kraftwerk and the baggy thunder of the Mondays.”

“Divebomb reminds us of when New Order collaborated with Arthur Baker on Confusion, or when Vince Clarke gave Hallelujah by the Mondays a synthetic pulse”

I’m not going to give you an album review, but instead offer a download of a song from the album, Save My Soul. Some chilled out electro bleep rock (if that’s what you can/will call it?). Simple, yet catchy and perfect for a lazy Saturday night..
